    My play

    I've spent nearly two years working on a play about the friendship between a sheriff and the man he ultimately hangs for murder. It's based on true events from 1891-92. It's been fascinating to research. About a year ago I told the story as an oral tale in a storytelling concert. Gosh, I wish I had taped it! It went really well, but I'll never remember what I said.
