Some storytellers have profiles through Facebook, though how many events are following the same course?

Once a profile is created and online friends are invited (all free), an event or organization can send out announcements and ask for RSVPs. Broadening the Internet presence beyond the website can build excitement over a year in advance of the actual performance dates.

Some events are so popular that these profiles are created by attendees rather than board members. This is the case for the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival.

Join this group on Facebook and think what other storytelling events could also be using this tool.

Until we tell again,
