Share a Story - Change the World

I'm uncertain how many here may know Mark Wilson.  He wasn't a member here, but I know he touched many U.S. (& beyond?) storytellers.  He was very active with storytellers on and off the international email list, Storytell.  The list learned that he passed away with a smile on his face.  That was sooooo Mark.

If you want either a way to send thoughts and memories to a book going to his family or an address for his mother, please let me know and I'll send it directly to you.

One of the Storytell list members found this message that is a perfect way to remember Our Western Pal.

Here's a poem I've used. The only source I have is Anon/Author Unknown, though I've never
tried to verify that claim. YWP, Mark
************** ***Miss Me--But Let Me Go
When I come to the end of the road,
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in gloom-filled rooms,
Why cry for a soul set free? Miss me a little--but not too long,
And not with your head bowed low;
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss me--but let me go.
For this is a journey that we all must take,
And each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick at heart,
Go to the friends we know,
And busy your sorrows in doing good deeds.
Miss me--but let me go.
