I am a Certified Lay Servant in the United Methodist Church. While I was our District Lay Coordinator I led classes for those who assist in worship or other church-related service. Part of this was Biblical Storytelling which usually as quite a following. I remember one such class with about 75 teens as the students; now that was a challenge! There is always a place to use a story to connect people with issues and places. I enjoyed it then and always will.

Hi, I'm Enid Davis, retired children's public librarian and school library teacher.

I teach storytelling at Avenidas center in Palo Alto, CA and work with libraries and schools to teach the art of traditional oral storytelling in and about the infamous Silicon Valley. Perhaps I'm the infamous one trying to keep this wonderful performing art skill alive among the techies and their kin.

Hello Everyone;

Please check your freindship request and either accept them or reject them. But please don't let them sit idle. If one hundred people do that, if keeps others from making new friends. Just go to your friends tabs, the little silloettes at the top right of your page, under your name and click it. I expect if you haven't found it by now... you may have many pending new friends.

Just a tip.
