Note to Self:

  1. Review all my web sites:,, plus radio station pages & interfaces
  2. Diagram all marketing efforts, focus, and do it with a calendar in hand
  3. Examine mailing list, edit, clean, and then import into Sales Tracking Software
  4. Rework sales pages... all of them
  5. Take a hard look at all my calendar related postcards, do they match my current program offerings.

The Good News is that the radio station is growing in listeners and the best news is that the listeners are not storytellers.  The Station is reaching a new audience.  HoO RAH

Time to restructure, reform, redirect, refocus and resolve to hit the performance targets for the next 18 months.
