Hello, thank you for the comment of my page. Yes, besides this network, I belong to the NAtional African American Storytelling Association if I am saying it right, its hard getting things together at times. I also go to local schools, libraries, and where ever people call me. Lol, one day if we ever meet, I will explain to you how my grandson gave me that name. Take care and thanks again for the compliment.

About Me:
As a storyteller, I often find great fulfillment in watching, experiencing and listening to life stories that wrap themselves around our lives on a daily basis.
When on stage, I assume the role of an interpreter of the story, some are epic and some are brief. Some reflect the experiences of my past and some express my hopes for the future. Some are a one-time-only expression of an idea and some continue to emerge in new forms, an ongoing tale that I love to revisit.
Because my stories embrace both adults and children, I have had the pleasure of sharing stories with ARTS Partners (Young Audiences) as a performance artist and as a member of The Griots. In addition to my performance art of storytelling, which contributed to my teaching with the Storytelling Institute Summer Camp in Wichita, Kansas. I was featured as a folk artist on SWAN Day 2008, a national celebration of women artists.
