Bob,
Welcome to All the Fringe that's fit to print. I'm looking forward to hearing your insights, questions and experiences. Been to any fringe fests lately?
Hi Bob,
we met last year at the World Storytelling here in Vancouver.
Enjoyed meeting you and enjoyed your stories, love to stay in touch!
Cheers, angela
I like your idea about the Jewish and Musilim storytellers meeting to heal the world. Gerry Fierst who I perform with has a program with a Jewish, Muslim and Christian storyteller with just that focus.
It is a terrific little site. Check out my Fishbowl group... I am about to rebuild all of my promotional materials in public... (how's that for brave and fearless... or just stupid?) But the intent is to let everyone see what I am doing and perhaps others can learn from my efforts or oh well... "mistakes."
I hope you learn to love this site as much as I do. Welcome, I see that you have already been properly greeted and that makes me happy. I like the idea of different worlds coming together to discover our similarities and mutual goodness.

Hi Bob,
Life has been insane this year - lots of sturm & drang. But we're all here, and get to continue living in our lovely home in Michigan which is close to friends if not family & work.
Hope to see you in Gatlinburg,
Greetings. I love this question: "What if the greatest storytellers of the Jewish and Muslim world had a chance to match their tales and their wit?… Could stories help mend a broken world?" Won't you please consider joining the group Applied Storytelling: the Power of Stories and let us learn all about it? We would love to have you! Welcome to this great site by the way. I hope you enjoy it s I have! Best wishes to you. STEVE
Bob Reiser, a joyous storyteller and teacher, has won awards for his books for adults and for children, and has toured and told tales from New York to Vancouver. His twisted Fables, including the infamous "Swan Tenor," and his Brooklyn Tales of herring and hard salami tickle audiences of all ages. His new program and recently released C.D "An Evening With Grandpa Abe and Uncle Ahmet," asks, "What if the greatest storytellers of the Jewish and Muslim world had a chance to match their tales and their wit?… Could stories help mend a broken world?"

I'll tell Gerry you said," Hi." Have you ever listened to his Tikun Olam Stories to Heal the world?
Be well
Richard
