- Hello... My name is Buck P Creacy.
I tell funny stories, Bible Stories, folk tales, fairy tales, every audience is safe with me, from grandchild to Grandpa. I have telling tales since I was 14, while I shined shoes at Slim's Barbershop. I love heart stories and hero stories and I love to tell tales that matter after the telling is through.

Actually I have been working on a 3 stage plan to introduce a Storytelling Festival here in Dubrovnik, I have already had some excellent advise and encouragement from other members.

Hi Buck,
I'm fine - odd sort of day - I had a two day storytelling session in a school that finished today; great fun but tinged with a little sadness. I retired from storytelling today as I have quite severe rheumatoid arthritis and have mobility issues. I can no longer guarantee that I will be able to turn uo on the day. I will still continue to translate Danish folktales - my fifth book comes out in three weeks. I'm on Amazon.

Thank you for bringing Professional Storytellers on-it would have been such a pity if the whole network had broken down. Although I have not been very active here, I hope one day
to be able to go to the USA and tell stories and may be give work-shops.
This summer The Norwegian part of the network Nordisk Alba Norge (Scandinavian alliance for healing story) arrange a big International Storytelling Symposium -
"Storytelling as a Healing Art; The Way og The Heart" at Rauland, Telemark Norway.
The whole Symposium will be in english. Please go to:www.nordiskalba.org and look under information! How could I make all members aware of this in the best way?
