Teaching English to non english speaking adults

I have an exciting opportunity to help out with a programme using stories to help teach english to non english speaking adults. If anyone has any leads for stories that they think would be good in this kind of environment (where I've been told some participants won't speak a word of english) I'd love to hear about them. ThanksSee More

I'm going to storytell in China!

Well, its been a rush but looks like it's going to happen. 4 weeks ago I was asked if I was available to take part in a cultural exchange in Xiangyang in China. I am one of a crew of 10 travelling out there to share the story of Merlin and the dragon of Wales to comemorate the twinning with the town of Carmarthen in Wales. So excited I feel like a little kid!See More

Since you're an experienced Ning-er, did you check the search box for others in Wales?  Of course just now when I checked I not only saw others who are Welsh, but a friend in Australia's New South Wales.
