- I am an actor in New York who loves doing all sorts of things to stay busy from being in Off-Broadway Improvisational Shows at Times Square to teaching kids sports!
I have always loved reading to people and am in a theater Company right now called JARADOA that actually goes to schools in the Bronx and reads to children.

Delighted to see an actor/storyteller join us - (a million yrs ago I did my one-man show on Woody Guthrie at the Cherry Lane Theater; my son, also an actor - far outstripping his old man- lives w/ his family in NYC)
This place can surely keep you busy - run through (but run slowly....) the pages - your My Page, Teller Pages, audiofiles, Videos, Photos, Forums, Groups, etc. - creates a great online presence for you, in addition to whatever else you may have - post pics, video, blogs, writings, start a discussion, create a new group, - awesome!
Sounds like you're doing what you need to be doing, tho, as you well know, it's a tough way to make a buck; there's MUCH to be said for following one's passion ~

I found your dad from a friend in Auburn. I live in Los Angeles. One of my actor friends used to teach at NYU and is now director at Seoul Korea teaching acting named Milton Justice.
I hope you learn to love this site as much as I do. Great discussions, good people, a real sense of community. Check out the Groups, join one..or two or start one of your own. Check out the video and upload audio of your own telling to your page.
