Hey all, we're seeking to bring in Dovie Thomason (or some other Native American storyteller) for Tellabration in November. Any of you presenters interested in "sharing" her? I think we can get a reduced cost if we give her a tour around the state...

Profile Information

About Me:

I'm a storyteller, and I've told stories all over the U.S. from New York to New Orleans to California and back to my home town of Logan, Utah. But my day job is Program Director at the American West Heritage Center in Wellsville, Utah.

I've taught storytelling at Utah State University for over 12 years. But I only get to teach it on rare occasions now.

I need storytellers relatively often here, so feel free to send me a sample CD or other information. Our budgets are quite low, but if you wanna be heard go ahead and let me know who you are. We especially need tellers of traditional tales, as well as stories about mountain men, pioneers, outlaws & lawmen, and other Old West stuff. We usually hire folks from our region (northern Utah), but other performers, especially Native American performers, are also needed for a few special events during the year.

Check out my website all about storytelling!

We'll see....

I guess we'll see how this goes! I'm currently involved with several other sites, so I hope to be able to keep up here! I'll try to check in once a week or more. Here's to good times!

Thank you. I'm working on better Photos right now. I didn't know you did that sort of thing so count on me, I don't know just when, but soon. And the Idea about a default show sound nice. My web host is Network Solutions®. They gave me a good deal.
Thanks for your help and comments.

Greetings David. Diane Way here. It's been a long time, eh? Much has happened since I presented at your theatre conference. I intended to look you up and let you know about my latest publications, and found this fabulous site! I hope you don't mind that I'm leaving a note here? TrekEarth wouldn't allow a message, and I don't see a pm function here. Hope this finds you well!
