Dawnella,
My husband and I might be spending a week on the coast of Maine this summer (just for fun).
Give me your best shot on something (restaurant, park, hike, etc.) not to be missed. We have lots of books of course. I also read about the Barn. Have you been there?
I am glad that you responded to my email and got on board. Of course, you may have heard about it all around as the buzz is out.
So I am assuming that you tell your stories barefoot when on stage? I had neighborhood friends who would run about the grass in Wisconsin with barefoot though I was a wimp and kept my shoes on.
Going barefoot seems symbolic though--even sacred. What are you thoughts on it?
Welcome welcome welcome... this is the best spot on the net. Psst... Thank Dianne for the whole idea... and I like your idea of "barefoot storytelling."
Check out the Discussions, Groups and videos... then poke around in the members section... you can even upload audio files to share with everyone. Glad you are here
Glad you're here! I am on an international tour right now but wanted to extend a welcome to you.

About Me:
As The Barefoot Storyteller, some of the stories that I tell are those that have been passed around for centuries, some are kindled by my surroundings, and multitudes are inspired by books. I carry stories, mostly in my head and often contained in books, along with me wherever I go just in case I see the need for a story...and isn't there always need for story? The Barefoot Storyteller travels to your school, library, birthday party, or other event and involves you in stories...with art, movement, music & more!
