Dear Gwendolyn,

I love your website. It's bold and creative. Chills went down my spine. I have been writing about my Ukrainian great grandmas and grandpas being taken in slavery for centuries by the Turks and Greeks. It hadn't occurred to me to create a character and speak about this in first person. How powerful your telling must be for you and your audiences. I will think about how to do this with my ancestral material.

Kind regards,
Reisa

Gwen,
I am so delighted that the contact worked out. From what she described to me she was looking for, I thought you would be the perfect match. Let me know when you are in Andover. You are always welcome to stay here if you need a bed. At the very least, we should try to connect for a mea or cup of coffee. Iknow that Susan Lenoe would love to see you as well.
Looking forward to connecting.

Wow!!! I'm loving this networking thing. Golly Gee woman I didn't think I'd ever see you again! Congratulations on your life. What joy! While you're working on your shows for the midwest you might want to consider submitting next year for the Los Angeles Women's Theater Festival. Contact Adilah at ABPro1@aol.com and tell her you're interested. She does a writer's retreat in Atlanta and a Touring workshop in North Hollywood (LA). It's not midwest but west is good too. I'll let you know more about what I'm up to in future e-mails. Presently, I'm recovering from surgery and somewhat drained. Good to hear from you!

Gwendolyn!
Do you remember me? I met you at the Tejas Storytelling Festival many years ago. I think you were a Texan then? I memory of you is more of the American Native /African descended Cowgirl. Are you the same person I met many years ago?
