- New to Storytelling with the dream to tell full-time. I have been visiting tellers for a couple of years now and have been involved with the OKC StorySlam and volunteered with the OKC Wintertales Storytelling Festival. Relocating to Kansas City soon and hope to become heavily involved with the art there.

Your words are a hurricane
Slamming me with torrential rain
I wonder, as they toss me to and fro
Which way, next, your wind will blow

I have been public speaking since I was 10, which was before I could officially "speak". When I was a child, I had incredibly horrid speech impediments.
