I promote storytelling and storytelling programs at the Orem Public Library and coordinate the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival (Labor Day weekend) and its storytelling conference (February).
I just tried to send you an email and it bounced -- mailbox unavailable. I want to put your article "What Producers Want from Tellers" (from "Storytelling Magazine" 2004) on the NSN PRO SIG web site. If you have it, please send it to kate@katedudding.com or 8 Sandalwood Drive, Clifton Park, NY 12065
Hi Janet;
So glad you could join us. There are so many tellers to meet and so much to learn you could lost in it's pages. Enjoy the journey! Maybe one day I will see you at the Timp festival.

Janet,
Welcome to Professional Storyteller. This is a wonderful site.
I noticed you are from Utah. My Aunt Della was from Utah, it was from her that I learned the meaning of nice. As a kid I figured anyone from Utah had to be nice, because of my Aunt Della. I'm a few years and then some past childhood and the Della rule hasn't been broken yet.
(Della died a year ago, the world is just a little less nice without her, but her stories live on.)
Welcome-I look forward to connecting with you. Rivka

The fan club for the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival on Facebook is really wonderful--had 78 people the last time I looked.
