- About Me:
- After 25 years of classroom survival and joy, I discovered the world of storytelling as a professional. Five years later I retired from the public school classroom, started traveling the Western US, became an "adjunct" professor at the local community college and expanded my world of story.
I currently tell only sporadically, but specialize in tales of the Western US. Tall tales, true tales and folktales that may have had their origin elsewhere, but set their lesson equally well in the Rocky Mountains.
My constant companions and friends are cowboys, mountain men, pioneers and others who lived and live in this least populated part of the United States. The "rugged individualists" and a few folks who just came along and decided to stay awhile. Stories bring all the characters and critters to life along the "stuff" I've learned along my journey.
