Good to hear from you, Kevin. I am honored to be an official friend. You do such good work encouraging youth tellers. I've been doing quite a bit these last few years helping youth develop and present their own Living History - a first-person story of an historical figure's life. Perhaps we have some common ground?

Thanks Kev...have written all of that down to google...another question...if you don't mind...I see you have a mic...I've just decided to get some amplification as I have a pub booking, (a first for me), and think it wise.
I imagine myself with a cordless head set thing...and 1 or 2 speakers...but would appreciate the benefit of your experience as to what can go wrong/right etc. with different arrangements...

Wow, Kevin, it looks like you are doing such wonderful work! I'm not a professional storyteller, but I'm a collector of Aesop's fables (avidly so) and have been for many years. If you ever run into a question about Aesop, just let me know, and I'll do my best to find you an answer! As you can guess, I've been enjoying all the worldwide media attention that Aesop's fable of the crow has been receiving in the past few days, ha ha. :-)

Kevin, great to "see" you again. What a fabulous site.

By the way, I'm interested in being a story ambassador. I'll check it out.

Kevin, Thanks for adding me to your list of friends. I am delighted to have joined this storytelling group. Although I am an artist and children's book illustrator, I thoroughtly enjoy watching talented people do what they do for children. I have been accused of doing a bit of storytelling when I do illustrator school visits. Guilty!!!
