I love to tell personal stories about Deaf Appalachia, as well as folk tales and historical tales. I am also a professional sign language interpreter and have interpreted for the National Storytelling Network Conferences, the International Storytelling Center, Texas and Florida state storytelling festivals. I serve on the executive board of the Healing Story Alliance and am currently Vice-President and member of the Jonesborough Storytelling Guild.
