I am a born and raised cajun girl married to my high school sweetheart. We have 8 children and yes we are Cahtolic!! My oldest child is 30 and my youngest is 10. I love my life and my work. I am a hairdresser, interior decorator, artist and am instinctively creative!! My daughter and I just started a company making really great and tastey party dip mixes in really funky packaging... She and I are always dreaming up something really creative to make, do or eat. I have just recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, so that has certainly become a part of "My Story". Cancer didn't know that I was a Golden Glove Fighter!! Not in the truest sense, but I have the spirit of my Dad who was a Boxer who never lost a fight and I know I can go through this experience and come out a winner. God has blessed me in so many ways through the family I have and dear freinds that love me. I have hopes of using my story of a chaotic life in a family of 10 ... and all the joy and trials that we endure to reach people either by writiing or public speaking. And when God calls me to the right place to do, it I will be all over it, "LIke Stink in Shit" as Dad would say. What I know for sure is that life is rich and full and beautiful and awesome and very, very difficult.
