Margrethe,

Profile Information

About Me:
I'm danish, live in France near Lyon since 1985 with americain storyteller Sam Cannarozzi, and have in particuler developed a repertory of inuit an scandinavien tales that I perform all over France and which is closely related to my personal relationship with as well Greenland as the nordic countries. I also tour and teach storytelling in a more general way in France Denmark and Sweden
( participated 3 times in the Ljungby Berättarfestival, Sweden). The musical dimension in storytelling is an important aspect of my fascination for the spoken word. I often work with musiciens here i France.Through telling and singing I build bridges between all these cultures and physical worlds that are part of my own story. I tell in order to travel where my feet can't always take me, and share these trips with others.
Should also say that painting recently try to find its way into my artistic vocabulary...I'm looking forward to discover why!
