Hi Marilyn,
My head is dtill buzzing with stories! I had a great time at the conference and one of the highlights was meeting Storytellers from across the border. I do hope we meet again.
Yours in story,
Cindy
Hey Marilyn,
Sorry to hear you can't make the Bay Area Storytelling Festival this year. I'll be doing some MCing in the amphitheater along with the usual production work.
Now, about this jousting tournement gig? Were you armed during the performance?
Be cool,
Steven
This year at Timp (wahoo!): Antonio Rocha, Motoko, Victoria Burnett, Susan Reed, Kevin Kling, Rex Ellis, Jay O'Callahan, Gay Ducey, Carmen Deedy and Bill Harley. Not bad, huh? Yeah, we're excited. But I can't wait to announce the lineup next year (our 20th). I can't say anything until after the Festival this year, but oh my holy goodness, it is going to be SO terrific. Thanks for the publicity. I'm working on getting all the stuff for the website. It should be up by the middle of May, if not before. What with adding our conferenc ein February, it seems like I am trying to catch up with the Festival and/or conference all year. But we've had next year booked for two years, so maybe this is the year I'll catch up (but I'm not holding my breath!) Hope to see you here! And you're right--or pictures do look kind of similar. Maybe I'll get lucky and be mistaken for you! ;-)! --Debi
Hey Marilyn! good to see you! How's the weather in beautiful San Diego? Since my daughter (who used to live there) moved up here, I don't get down there very often and my, oh my do I miss it. Will you be coming to Utah any time soon? We have a great lineup this year at Timpanogos, and Karen Ashton is back (although Karen Acerson is serving in Rome, Italy with her husband, who is the mission president). Give me a call if you blow thorugh town. -- Debi
Welcome to the "College Big Cats: Tracking and Capturing Gigs" group. We are excited to have you with us as you have lectured at several colleges and universities. Feel free to share your experiences and guide others--you have been dubbed expert.
You may have also noticed the e-Course there on basic marketing for these kinds of venues.

I can tell you are a lot of fun by the picture you chose to post.
I love San Diego--it's a place I can never get enough of. Right now I have a cousin in the Navy stationed out there.
I look forward to getting to know you better. For example, what is one of your current storytelling projects?
Until we tell again,
Rachel Hedman
