I relaise this is long after the fact, but all I wanted to add is I treat them just like other children, save I skip parts where I ask kids to jump up and down, ect. I still get them to yell ;)
I don't think you need to take classes or go to a workshop to become a professional storyteller. They help, sure, but they aren't necessary. The best practice is in front of an audience.
My advice is do not worry about become "full time" immediatel…
The problem is unslain dragons, unconquered monsters and scoundrels yet-to-be outwitted.
