I'm sorry for the long delay in accepting your offer of "friendship" - this is my first semi-serious attempt at social networking. I often just don't think about the site. What prompted you to want to make this connection with me?
Nice to meet you virtually, having heard about you from Clare. Are you coming to the Storytellers of Ireland AGM on 28 Nov in Dublin - that would give you a good chance to meet up with the rest of the gang and we might even sneak into a corner and spik tae each ither in a bittie o 'Doric. Fit about it loon? It wid be grand, d'ye nae think so?
best wishes, Susie
hi Rab - sure I've come across your published work - writing you from Orkney -

Hello Rab from a fellow Irish storyteller, albeit one who has lived out her adult life in York (that's Old York). Thanks for your kind invitation and hope you enjoy your next project. I too lurch from one all-consuming demand on my time to the next, as my family howl in protest. At the minute it's the first ever York Festival of Storytelling, on the 18th, thank goodness, as that means it's nearly over!
Hello Rab, I saw you so many times on youtube :-)
I'm planning to move to UK early next year. I was suggested to go to Scotland, as I love rainy, windy and cold weather, but I would be interested in Ireland too. Could you please give me some suggestion? Thanks. Diana
Greetings. I hope you are enjoying Professional Storyteller and are finding it useful. I know I am. I would love to have you participate in the group "Applied Storytelling: the Power of Story." I think your participation would be beneficial to us all! Best wishes to you. STEVE
