spinning yarn

I haven't posted here in a while, but am happy to report I've since become an Accredited storyteller through the Australian Storyteller's Guild (NSW) Inc. I also had a wonderful performance at the Sydney Women's Club. Today, I'm going to a spinners group... I've long yearned to learn to spin and to have my own spinning wheel. fairy tales are like the world turned inside out

faerie bard and I had our first official performance on Sunday, at a lovely retirement village in the Southern Highlands, near Sydney (Australia). It was wonderful! What a gorgeous audience - they listened, laughed, participated, and we had a chat over coffee and cake after the show.
