Dear Russell:

How wonderful to hear from you since my early ETSU days! I look forward to seeing you at the Youth, Educators, and Storytellers Alliance Pre-Conference as well as the rest of the National Storytelling Conference.

I am anxious to hear more about your capstone project.

Until we tell again,

Rachel Hedman

Hello, Russell, and Welcome!

My apologies for a tardy greeting, but I somehow missed you last week. (Teaching high school this semester...that's gonna be my excuse)

I'm sure you're convinced, by now, that this is a most remarkable site for tellers. And I trust you've found time to check out the various ins and outs of PS.ning - I join with the others in encouraging you to immerse yourself in all that this place has to offer.

It sounds as if you have pretty much everything today's storyteller could possibly want - students who adore you and hang on to your every word/thought/nuance/maxim, etc.; multiple opportunities to share w/ a wide range of audiences...some money thrown in there from time to time -- who could ask for more??

Anyway, I'm glad you've found your way to this family of tellers, look forward to your contributions to the site, wish you continued fulfillment and success along "the story trail" and, again, send my warm greetings and Welcome!

Sincerely,

Tom Taylor - Deep in the Heart of Texas

Hello Russell

How are the gas prices there in San Luis Obispo. I am so glad you are here. I hope you will join some of the groups and add to our collective understanding about storytelling and the business of storytelling. Check out the Fishbowl... have a little fun... watch the videos... comment.. rank.. and then poke through the pages... some have uploaded pictures and audio files... there are some great tellers in our midst. I hope you will love this site as much as I do

Buck
