Jack Lynch, Aideen McBride, Liz Weir, Jach Sheehan... sigh. Wish I was there! Regarding the storytelling work I do, there is a documentary of the work I did at the Stepping Stones Pupil Referral Unit, Cauderdale Council, Halifax, it's called Autumn Leaves and the link is available at http://www.unf.edu/~nstanley/links.htm. Not like you don't have other things to do with your time!

The story sess at Thatchem for Yr5 & Yr8 went GR8! I had a really nice illustration of Koshchei the Deathless that made a fab book mark to hand out to kids as I was the featured guest to kick-off their book week. Will see if I can scan and post it. They took some snaps that they promised to send as well. Looking forword to a possible week-long workshop in the summer term--maybe???!!

Hi Stacia, I have only been telling for half a year and I am loving it! I am learning on the job (and learning quickly too), but I am still learning. I know that the more gigs I do, the better I will become and I am looking forward to when I don't need to plan my sessions in advance. Planning in advance is more to do with my lack of confidence in myself rather than the lack of talent. I have recently been added to the government funded sure start group's entertainment list which I am pleased about, and I have received nothing but positive feedback from my clients so far, so I can't be awful! Anyway, I would love to get involved with other tellers and perform alongside (or as an assistant to) a storyteller with 3 years plus of storytelling experience. I'm not sure whether you would be interested in such a thing from a teller with limited experience, but if you are then please get in touch!

All the best

Ann-Louise
