Hi Susan--
I just joined this site, and saw your name. You had emailed me for CDs a few months back. Hope you're well, look forward to hearing from you. -- Michael
Hi, Susan.
Sorry for the slow response.
I can barely keep up with e-mail, so I'm not even going to try to be an active participant on this site.
I hope you're well.
I'll be in Florida in November.
Perhaps we can work something out for a visit to your school then.
In future, however, let's communicate by e-mail. Hokay?
All the best,
Michael
I tried telling to my cat but he just hissed at me when I made the barking noises in one of my stories. My story guild meets once a month but as we working tellers know, we need feedback nearly everyday on the stories we are working on. I wonder if any would be willing to join a conference call, where each member told a story and then the rest commented on it?( positive feedback :) ) Maybe get a group of about 3 or 4?
Welcome to the neatest place on the net. Check out the Groups... this is a pretty cool site. Join me in the FishBowl or Marketing Groups... there are lots of others too... something to fit everyone
I looked at your 'top 4' photo/friends and noticed we had Meggie, but no rat (even a "cute and cuddly" one), but, then saw him/her/it starring in your indy youtube feature film and, sure enough, s/he/it has a nice "cute'n cuddly" air about her/him/its - self. So, good for you, and good for (sorry) her/him/it!
This is a great site, as you will discover soon enough.
(Sorry, I'm a bit distracted by "Rat-Keeper" on your 'resume'/About Me; I've never seen anyone claim that phrase before, and don't expect to, again - but, hey - one never knows, you could start a whole sorta ratpack revolution!) OK, I think I'm good to go, now -
School counselor, good for you; Retired teacher, good for me.
What grades?
Delighted you're here with us, and trust you will have a grand time using this site and all that it offers storytellers.
Wish you the best as you counsel our youngsters, AND as you connect in another, equally important (if not more important), realm with "Kids" of all ages.
Good to hear from you, Susan! Hey, if you spent anytime with me at all on this goat farm, you'd have no problem with the notion of eatin' them! But I have to admit the new kids this year are exceptionally cute and I haven't been head butted once! Hope you are having a great spring!!
Welcome to Professional Storyteller. Looks like you already have a lot of friends! Cool. I hope you enjoy this little playground I built for storytellers. Have fun!
Warmly,

Susan,
Let me be the first to welcome you to Professional Storyteller. This is a great place. Check out the groups-you might like the tellers in education group or maybe you'll consider joining All the Fringe that's fit to Print.
I'll be down in Florida in Mid May doing two shows(8 performances in all) at the Orlando Fringe. One is at the Free kid's stage (both Sundays) the other is at the pink venue. Its a folk telling filled with stories about or some how connected with birth. I hope to get a chance to meet you. My mom lives in Gaineville so I've been in Jacksonville a couple times.
