what about just saying 'Stories in Business' without using the word 'using'? Just my opinion.

I have just accepted a job to teach some ocean scientists how to tell their stories.... I think the organizers motivation was part to let them have a fun workshop choice, and we can do that, but I would also like to share some other uses of story ...
