Professional Storyteller is a network for people who work in the field of oral storytelling. Please write a brief paragraph about your work.
I taught folklore to college students for several years. My favorite genre is ghost folktales, legends and myths. I have adapted several of my favorites so they can be told. I also keep an extensive collection of ghost tales, including real haunting on my blog Seeks Ghosts.

Welcome, Virginia!

I'm sure you'll enjoy the group, Ghost Storytellers.  Beyond that, peek in the various groups to see what interests you.  Joining a group is only necessary if you want to speak there.  The forum has general discussions.  Blogs here are whatever members want them to be.  You can also post photos, videos, and events.  Something easily overlooked, but can be a big help is the search box in the upper right corner to find topics or locations (such as Albuquerque or some place you'll be visiting).  There's an international networking here that I think you'll enjoy.
