Professional Storyteller is a network for people who work in the field of oral storytelling. Please write a brief paragraph about your work.
I am an English teacher graduated on July 2009 represent the storytelling club which belongs to the association of the booklovers, a regional organisation established in Sfax, Tunisia. I am a member of the storytelling club and have been continuously training for about 6 months to tell stories to children and I managed to have three certificates of participation*in different training sessions and workshops, using costumes puppets masks toys crafts and Musical instruments which add a special touch to the story and make it a lot more fun for me and my listeners, speaking fluently three languages (English, French and Arabic). I have always the dream and the intention to learn new storytelling skills to become a better storyteller by attending foreign manifestations.
My interest consists at:
-Making kids between the age of 2 and 6 more interested in tales and stories trying to establish lovely ties between the child and the book.
-acquiring a highly developed experience in the domain of storytelling and enhancing talents that I already have and organising personal storytelling workshops targeted to the child at parties, schools, libraries, concerts, gatherings at holidays, while babysitting....etc.

Thank you for the gift, Basma! In Canada, we put a red ribbon on a horse's tail to warn others, "She kicks!" This is an entirely suitable gift for me, and I found it positively charming.
