- My name is Shirley Carroll, I am owner/operator of Nspired Visions PGF A Puppet ministry ,that combines storytelling, singing ,dancindg & other services to the community. where we go to nursing homes ,shelters, hospitals, day cares mentally challenged and other's with special needs offering incouragement an hope and believing that when we depart we leave a portion of ourselves, some joy and a bit of peace.

I've done drama and music with mentally challenged folks. I have a huge soft spot especially, for Down Syndrome people. They truly are "special."
How wonderful you do performances with mentally challenged people. It must be so rewarding!
