Southern Story telling at dinner

The southern tradition was to tell stories of the day at dinner. My parents were from Texas and in the summers I went to stay with family out there. I learned about values, attitudes right there with my family.

My Best Compliment...What was Yours?

I'm walkin on Sunshine as the song says and it all came from a compliment given to me today, actually two. It started like this. I was substitute teaching in our high school today. ( a school of 1300 situated on the campus of the Univesity of Connecticut and serving a 3 towns region, plus students sent in for the Agriculture Education program) I was assigned a social studies teachers coverage.
