Wow! I feel like I haven't been on here in FOREVER. Betweeen school and sports, I've been swamped. Let me get you up to date. First off...I'VE GOT MY FIRST CD!!! "Take One" is my very first CD. It consists of my first 3 original stories. It was recorded live in Columbia, SC. I'm very proud of it.
In October, I was fortunate enough to take part in the Story Night at the National Storytelling Festival. It was one of the highlights of my year.

I am performing at a festival in October that has requested ghost stories for kids. Since I can only tell so many versions of "The Golden Arm", I was wondering if anyone knows any good (possibly funny) ghost stories for kids. Elementary-age and younger is typically who they have. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

All the stars aligned today, and I found out that I'm going to be able to tell at the Thursday night concert at the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough, TN. I've been part of the "Youthful Voices" segment at Jonesborough, but this will be the first concert with professional tellers at the NSF that I will be a part of. I can't even describe how excited I am! Hope to see many of you there.

I just got back from the 2008 National Storytelling Conference in Gatlinburg, TN. Wow! What an awesome event! I was only able to stay for Saturday, but it was still an incredible experience. I got to tell the in South Carolina Showcase and then got to hear numerous tellers from North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, who were all amazing. Also had the oppurtunity to meet some people for the first time (Buck, Dustin, etc.) and see some old friends (Rachel!!!). Hope everyone enjoyed… Continue

Just thought of some of these the other day. Wanted to run them by you guys. If you have any additions, please send them to me.
Well, there's five minutes left in my set, but I'm done.
I would tell the ending, but the guy in the back is saying my time's up.
No, I don't care what temperature my water is.
I wish they would go over those housekeeping rules one more time.
No, it really happened...ask Lepp, he was there.
