Portland Story Theater Opens Its 2010/11 Season

Lawrence Howard & Lynne Duddy offering workshops through Portland Story Theater (PST)

This fall, for the first time ever, PST is going to offer a series of storytelling workshops. These first sessions will take place over three Monday evenings: September 14th: Finding the Stories We Need To Tell Today, September 21st: Characterization and Voice, and September 28th: Bones of The Story. We already have a core group signed up so it's definitely a go!We're excited and delighted to be making this available to the Pacific Northwest community.

Just finished this project and I'd love to know what you think of it. Like you, I'm a storyteller, but I have an eclectic mix of other things that I do. The easiest way to explain it, might be to say that I put left-brain and right-brain skills on equal footing, motivating people of both minds to collaborate. Story is the common denominator for all of my work. This website is an attempt to bring story to the forefront and let the world know what I have to offer.
