"QUEER!!!" A great success at the Lehigh Storytelling Festival Fringe

Well, as I sit here writing this entry, I can't believe that it's over. TOmorrow I return to Michigan and prepare for my show at Nicola's Little Professor Bookstore's Spring Concert with the Ann Arbor Storytellers Guild. But, I have to say that today's performance was really great. I was all nerves just before going onstage. Storytelling Concerts at Godfrey Daniels a big hit at the Lehigh Storytelling Festival

I was picked up at the airport by Jolene Kiernan and whisked off to my hotel to rest before the evening storytelling concert. I got to Godfrey Daniels and what a delightful place. Small, intimate, the perfect place for folk music and storytelling venues. Reminded me of The Ark in Ann Arbor and AJ's Cafe in Ferndale, but much more intimate. Florida StoryCamp a real winner!!!!

Wow!!!! What a powerful weekend!!!!

Thursday, March 27th, 2008: I arrived with my friend and her daughter on Thursday night and missed much of the concert but saw Kuniko Yamamoto finish up her set!!! Laughed a lot. Saw my dear friend Kim Rivers who is President of the Florida Storytelling Association and responsible with other Board members for putting on the fabulous weekend event I had come for. And what a wonderful weekend it was, too!!!!
