Share a Story - Change the World

I arrived safely in Ft. Lauderdale Florida where a very dear friend of mine picked me up after a fun game of "Where the Hell are my bags?" Arrived safely at her house and had dinner. Left alone to my own devices, I sat down and watched PBS. Saw a wonderful puppettoon of Peter and the Wolf and the Live From the Met broadcast of Hansel and Gretel sung in English and disturbingly directed and designed by someone with food-on-the-brain, but very original and did I say, disturbing. The guardian angels were huge puppet-like chefs similar in nature to the cooks in the Sendak book, In the Night Kitchen My friend came back and we worked on crafts until the wee hours of the morning. She's off doing a gathering and will be back later to drive up to camp with me and another storyteller. Can't wait. Gotta go, but will write back when I finish camp.

I had to laugh at the beginning of your post. I am STILL missing luggage from my international trip and I've been home for over a week now! Have fun at the FL Storytelling Camp. Look forward to hearing your report.

Warmly,
Dianne
