Share a Story - Change the World

Advanced storytelling at ETSU is over all too soon, so much information in so short a time. Most of it I will be processing for the rest of my life. What a jam-packed course Elizabeth Ellis taught, with space to practice and hone our skills. If you are looking for and intense injection to your storytelling life, consider one of these summer classes at East Tennessee University's Storytelling program.

We have moved in to a new house in Johnson City near the ETSU campus which I hope will be a gathering place for storytellers in the future.

How many of you will I see at the National Storytelling Network Conference? Looks like a great program is in store. I plan to do a lot of networking.

Then I move on to Paradise, Michigan to the Wild Blueberry Festival. Come find my tent and share a story and a breath of fresh air on the shore of Lake Superior.

Dear Marjorie:

I was excited to be present when you wrote your first blog post--this one!

I was also honored to be there for the bubble blessing of your new home that was made possible by David Claunch. Casey and I have yet to get a bubble blessing for our home. It has been a little over a year since we bought it.

I look forward to your next entry.

Until we tell again,

Rachel Hedman
