I am telling at a House Concert in October... you might be able to see you way there... Rivka Willick is the teller and my friend who made all the arrangements. She is a member of Professional Storyteller and a really good person. We met last year at the Conference... I will tell you plainly... that if you want your storytelling to grow... consider the Conference an investment.

But you got to do what you got to do...

I understand that.

I suppose I have to admit to loving Tim Sample and Robert Bryan too. I listened to your video... wintah does come on fast thehah in Menifee County.

If you go to your "my page" settings (on the right just below your name on your page) click it and you will find a selection to upload your music and or stories). I am looking forward to it.

I am going to be in New Jersey in Octobah, telling. I am not certain which building just yet. Will be my furst trip to the big city. It is a good jog from Maine too, I will keep you posted.

Are you coming to the NSN Conference? If so, perhaps we can sit a spell and talk.

I cut my storytelling teeth on Marshall Dodge and Stephen Leacock (Canadian Humorist and Economist), I used to argue with my Mainiac buddies that if my son married a Maine girl and they had children the grandkids would be Mainers. They always replied "Just cause a cat has kittens in the woodstove you don't call them bisquits." I love my New England Brothahs and Sistahs.

I have had a little struggle with my health. Soon, I will be back to pace and I will catch up on all my Groups and we will enlaghe our friendship.

Thanks for the nice words. Vernon is one great storyteller that you have to see and hear to believe -and even then you might not be him ;0 . In all truthfulness, his is a great mover and shaker, and does an awful lot to promote the oral tradition! And he too know his way around a computer!
