View my page on Professional Storyteller I just wanted to thank you again for coming to our literacy night and being such a hit with the kids and parents. It will long be remembered. It really was nice to have such a great storyteller amongst us and the kids are still talking about it. I hope that next year you will consider joining us again.

Dear Karl:
Last Thursday you were a storyteller at our school. I wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond that evening and giving of your talent and time. I understand you stayed longer than planned to begin with. [We] missed getting into your last storytelling of the evening. At the end of the session we stepped in and asked what your favorite story to tell was. You answered about how the skunk got it's stripes. When I asked for the minute summary, you kindly told that whole story, even with bits of storyteller flair, and entranced myself, my son, and two girls. Thank you so for going the extra mile, for the private story, and being so gentle and understanding with the kids; it finished our evening off wonderfully and made a lasting impression.

Do my eyes & ever-rusty memory deceive me or did we get a chance to meet in Gatlinburg at the NSN conference & I blew it?!?
I know I was extremely distracted from roughly 5p.m. Saturday on as there was a family emergency, but I suspect with a bit of help I should be saying "OH, OF COURSE!!! Now I remember."

Thanks for referring me to Merilee Stowell in Parowan for their "Inspirational Night" entertainment. My husband's going to go with me and they're putting us up at Brian Head for the night.
I've really enjoyed getting to know you and telling with you at Frontier Fest and the Utah Storytelling Showcase that Rachel Hedman so expertly put together. Hope to tell with again, Suzanne
thanks

I would encourage you to look into your state's "Festival Association" each county or community has a festival and there is usually a statewide "association" for people who are interested in those events, vendors, talent, etc. Jump in and get to work.
Hope that helps

I haven't been able to play any of the brass instruments, I can't seem to do the embouchure for them. I do have an Alto Cortol and a Glastonbury Pipe, both double reed straightened versions of the Crumhorn. Catch ya next time.

To my new friend . . . I had a lot of fun storytelling with you at Frontier Fest. I never got tired of hearing the bear story. You're an awesome mountain man. I hope we get to tell together again sometime soon! Suzanne
It was good to see you at the meeting, I hope to hear you tell sometime soon. My wife and I are out of town this weekend for the Storyfest. Best of luck,
