About Me:
I have been telling tales all my life and turned professional in 2003. I have performed folk and faery stories, myths and legends at hundreds of schools, and libraries and at museums and festivals. I am a Brit-Abroad, living the countryside of Orford, New Hampshire in the USA with my wife and two children. I am also a children's librarian, stay-at-home-dad and published poet, writer and photographer!

The Story of the Jaguar and Hare, a tale from South America

Once there was an old couple who lived in the rainforests of South America. They were very poor. Their home was nothing more than a ram shackled old hut with gaps in the walls and cracks in the ceiling, which was nice when the stars were out and a full moon was in the sky, but not so wonderful when it was raining. I ment to say hi at Sharing the Fire NSC 2008 but when I looked you were gone, hope to see you in Warwick.

Thank you so much. I do not often tell that tale and was trying a new devivery and it worked! Thank you again, Mike. The music was very off the cuff - none if us had played together before but it was a lot of fun.
