Hi Merrilee,

Welcome to Professional Storyteller! I think you will enjoy being part of this this wonderful network.

I see you are from Carbondale, but which one? One of my son's lives in Carbondale, PA, but since there are other places with similar names I'm guessing you aren't his neighbor.

Enjoy the day!

Dear Merrilee:

I'm glad I got to see you at the Timpanogos Storytelling Conference, though we didn't get a chance to catch up on news since ETSU days. At least you get the semi-monthly emails from me about Utah storytelling events open to the public!

Until we tell again,

Rachel Hedman

Dear Merrilee:

Knowing you--your storytelling days started before 1986. Wasn't it when you first opened your mouth? That was how it was for me--at least so my mom says.

Congratulations with your website in process. In the meantime, are you part of any guild or art council listings so you can still put a web address in there? Have you listed yourself on Storyteller.net yet?

Welcome to the site.

Until we tell again,

Rachel Hedman

Take a look at In the Fishbowl--it's a group discussion with a very interesting progression of changes on a post card. The first and last versions show changes suggested by others in the group, and the difference is amazing. It could be a good way to get comments and make improvements.

Hello, Merrilee, and Welcome to a site made just for you! ...well, and the rest of us, too - but, that's just 'cause Dianne is so generous and gracious!

You're gonna love this place, and the folks who people it. Check out the Teller Pages, Main Page, Photos, Video, Audio, Forums, Groups, etc. - takes a while, but SO worth it!

Even tho' you've earned your Master's Degree (Congrats, btw!) and have 20+ yrs. telling experience, I suspect you will find yourself continuing to grow and develop via the exposure to and exchanges with the awesome tellers on this site.

We're happy to have you join the group, and anticipate your sharing your expertise with us -

My Best Wishes and, again, Welcome!

Tom
