Welcome to Professional Storyteller. Glad you joined our little playground. Children's Librarians are some of my favorite people in the world. Oh, to be surrounded by books and to share them with children -- that is a truly a joy! I love inspiring kids to read. "Good Medicine for the heart!" is quite an endorsement - I applaud your sharing in such a way that elicits that kind of response from a listener - we should all be so blessed.
This is an awesome site that I trust will come quickly to mean much to you. Take the time to discover how the various pages may be used to your advantage.
I hope you will post your stories in whatever form they happen to be - CD, DVD, Blog, audiofile, Video, Photos - it is so helpful for those of us who don't already know you and/or your work - it gives us a real insight into who you are, what you do, and WHY a listener would make such a grand remark (re: medicine for heart).
